Outreach Worker for the Homeless
If in need of a place to stay in McLean County, Illinois, call 211 and ask for a Homeless Services Outreach worker.

The outreach worker works in the community to assist people experiencing homelessness with Emergency shelter placement within Central Illinois and to provide crisis assessment and intervention through knowledge of community resources.

Rapid-Rehousing

The Rapid Re-Housing Coordinator assists individuals and families experiencing homelessness to find permanent housing and mainstream health and human services benefits.  The Rapid Re-Housing Coordinator selects clients from the Coordinated Point of Entry System for entry into the program based on level of need. For entry into the Coordinated Point of Entry system, call 211 and ask for the Homeless Services Outreach worker.
